Prayers help, but there is nothing I can do about the strife in Iran, Iraq, students in the streets of Paris, or the refugees from Chinas' Tiannenmen Square. My efforts on a one to one basis, can only affect the people that I come into contact with. If they choose to spread whatever impact that is then all the better. Feelings of respect for an individual and how they live their life vary as to what their activities are. Do they respect themselves, their spouse, their children? Do they conduct their business in an atmosphere of equality for those directly involved as their workers?

These are questions that everyone should consider in their daily routine. Should you change your routine, can you be better toward your employees? Can you get more respect if you give more respect? What will these type of changes get for you? Think about it! Should you try to control your temper more?

Should you ask questions more? Maybe by asking questions rather than by making assumptions and making nasty comment's, your life can become more satisfying! Think about it, you can only control yourself, and your actions and reactions. You cannot control other people, because when you try that it doesn't work. They will resent you big time. So take the control back into yourself. Control yourself, and watch others reactions change for the better.
